Any Bret Harte Middle School students interested in starting a club may submit a Club Application. The deadline to submit applications has passed. Please visit our 2024-2025 Clubs page for information on approved clubs for this school year.

Club Day is managed by the school. If your student has an approved club, please have them check with school administration for more info on how to prepare for it.

Follow all school rules and regulations
You will need the following to proceed with a request to form a school club:

Your name and student ID
-
Name of the proposed club
-
Purpose of the proposed club
-
Name of the teacher that has already agreed to advise the club
-
"@sjusd.org" email address of the teacher that has already agreed to advise the club
-
Whether or not the proposed club will be working with an outside group
-
Whether or not the proposed club will need an ASB financial account
-
Names and student numbers of at least two student contacts
